Analyzing Customer Satisfaction Over Telecom Companies in Sudan Using Apriori Algorithm

With the rapid growth in field of information and communication technology, demand for telecommunications internet services increased over years. In Sudan, three reputed telecom companies provide these types services. Although a great competition between order to attract more new customers also keep existing satisfied, many still has some apprehensions difficulty on how choose best among service providers terms full range with affordable cost. This study aims measure customer satisfaction from Sudan. The survey questionnaire designed distributed electronically as find frequent patterns by applying association rule mining techniques. results analysis show that Zain Sudan performs better compared MTN Sudani various customer-oriented
